82 Xerox Operator – The machine operator has been trained in our

Centers and on job training is being also conducted to make ensure that

the given job gets done properly and systematically.

10 Xerox Machine Engineer – We have qualified Technicians to handle the complaints and maintain the

machine as per the commitment given to the Clients. The Engineers are divided into zonal part so that they can

reach on the particular complaint site within a span period of 3 to 4 hours.

06 Supervisor – Supervisors are appointed as per the zone wise to meet the clients on weekly basis and

prepare the reports accordingly.

03 Telephone Operators - We have three telephone operators to make ensure the clients don’t need to

wait for the longer period and get the correct feedback and proper response on the given time.

12 Runner Boys – The client need not has to wait longer. To make ensure the delivery of the Cartridge,

Toner, Paper or any other Peripherals gets done on the committed time the runner boys are divided into
